Andhra Pradesh to launch sea plane

Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh tourism department will soon launch a seaplane plying from Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada.

A PPP project, worth Rs 100 crore, has been conceptualised and if it works out, Andhra Pradesh will become one of the very few states in the country to have this. The seaplanes will be flying between reservoirs, harbors and airports.
